We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- Authenticate you and secure your account and workspace;
- Process and display the applications and data you create;

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you or your workspace administrator delete content or close an account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and workspace isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise many of these rights directly within the Service or by contacting your workspace administrator or Cosoul support.

8. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
