Last updated: June 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Cosoul (the “Service”), an AI-native platform for building, remixing, and running internal business applications. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that organization’s behalf.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business and professional use by members of a verified workspace.
3. Accounts and Workspaces
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. Workspace administrators may manage membership, roles, and access within their workspace.
4. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- Upload or generate content that infringes the rights of others;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
- Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an unreasonable load on the Service;
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law.
5. User Content and Applications
You retain ownership of the data and applications you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for the content you generate and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned by Cosoul and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, though certain provisions of these Terms survive.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cosoul will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Cosoul is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Contact
